Today, three slower tracks. I sound like a broken record, but here's two new tracks from Buffetlibre's Rewind project. First is the very 80's Anoraak cover for The Romantics. Also, Findlay Brown's cover of Joe Smooth. Even slower than the first track, we're definitely not dancing tonight. I really like the sound of both tracks, though it's not something I'd normally post. There's also a great cover on the Rewind project which is a Culture Prophet cover of Prince. Now I've vowed never to personally post anything of Prince simply because I don't want a lawsuit in the morning, so you'll have to go to check it out yourself. Too late for some mixtapes, but mark my words if a mixtape contains Prince now, I won't post it. This isn't hate Prince, this is cause I'd like to keep my savings. And lastly, people seem to have it out for The Kooks, but they did a decent cover of Coldplay's Violet Hill on Jo Whiley's BBC Radio 1 show Live Lounge. I might just really like the song or they did a good job. Either way, it works well.
