Some stuff I looked over the past week. First is the Futureflashs remix Alfa, is this the first remix I've heard from him? Great track anyways, if for a first time, fantastic. As if it was straight out of the peak of the 80's, the Cut Copy remix of Kaiser Chiefs. Very retro sounding, though surprisingly different from the retro I'm used to. And lastly, the song I've been obsessing over for the last week or two. I've held off posting it, but I couldn't resist. I actually like both The Chemical Brothers original and the Shinichi Osawa cover. The Shinichi Osawa cover is much more upbeat, added laser sounds, and vocals from Au Revoir Simone, it's definitely more suited for mainstream electro. But I'm not sure if you can beat The Chemical Brothers. You be the judge, cept you'll have to find the original track.
