Totally not a fad, found two very interesting remixes of Roxanne by The Police. First track is the DiscoTech remix which I found while snooping around at Hot Biscuits. Very DiscoTech, possibly a new genre. Personally I think it's a hard track to remix into electro, but these guys were quite successful. Second is the Dunproofin' remix of the track, which was originally titled as You're Not Roxanne. Sorry mate, I kind of changed the tagging of the track. Now this track was quite surprising, it starts off a bit slow and like ambiance but jumps straight into something quite club. Fantastic, though it's practically a new track. reason dunpoofin version is called your not alone as it is a mashup and not strictly a remix. It is the Police' Roxanne vs. Olives' You're Not Alone.
Just thought i should clear that up, incase anyone got confused!
